I agree with Doc. It is pure speculation to think that things would have changed magically if they had done this or that. They had an OK event, the SP reacted positively afterwards and closed the day in green. Unfortunately, as soon as the news dry out, the flippers get into the picture and push the price down. If it was such a bad event, why did not the SP react negatively after the event. Simply, so much BS goes around this company. 162mn IDIQ means 15p for now. They need to get more sales, improve the fundamentals quickly with this momentum and get out of this exchange and Get to a point w refi. The rest is just simply trying to find a reason to these unreasonable moves in this speculative stock.
