The company just did a RS in August. The one prior to that was in 2007. They are not doing any RS! The DROP float, OS and AS are low here for a low subpenny. On the AS alone we could get back to multi pennies on news and the float is lower than the AS! Any actual DROP shareholders can contact Ezra!
