This is pretty much how I see it...

I would say anyone would define the property sale as a material event to APT/Motovox. It may not be that big of a deal to Cerner

It is VERY "material" to the shareholders...read that OWNERS...of MTVX.
This sale consisted of selling off the majority of MTVX's assets...
The piddling amount that Cerner PAID is far less of big deal;
and the shareholders already know that $$$ are being spent on the "Consolidated Campus" project...
I doubt they expect a 8K every time X number of dollars are spent...LOL!
