I think people here are very smart this is not the time to flip but to accumilate. They know very well where this is going to be in a couple of months time. Better buy and accumilate as much as you can. New company can not show hugh revenue and profit, wait until Lacto-Freedom hit the market.

I think it's safe to assume the 30 million shares issued to the BOD are beneficially owned by Manzo. After all, the BOD are his buddies. That's why he didn't issue a PR when they were appointed. I wonder if the shares he issued to himself are free trading? If they are, it's a violation of Securities Regulations. The recent 10Q couldn't be any worse and the company couldn't be more worthless and still exist. The company is bankrupt, yet the PPS is going up. It looks like Manzo's learning the "pump and dump" game!
