NASA, NIH, and Bill Gates Foundation have backed these heavy hitter team folk. Their device is tested (a tricorder universal blood mobile sensor in compact form. Dr. Chan is huge innovator with numerous successes.
His tech device can do 100s of disease monitoring within say 10 minutes with single drop of blood or bodily fluids. He developed gen;omicd principle of single molecule
flourscent DNA scanning.

That said, DRIO is far cheaper for single use tech (at present) for blood reader device
specifically for diabetes. We might still be in the ball game . . . IF we can get that mentioned (on board) of 1-3% of diabetic blood reader market share?

We must further ask ourselves . . . how did Agamatrix mobile APPL app blood reader get its FDA Approval (as of or before Jul 2014) <---do not have date in my mind now.

This is no laughing matter even sarcastically. We will be "crying" sooner than you think. They are setting the company up for a hostile reverse take over and at a bargain basement price.Don't be supprised to learn in the near future that FDA approval has been delayed or needs more time. The Stock price has dropped by double digets daily for the week so far and there is more to come (Wed Thurs and Fri).This urgently needs to be brought to the attention of the SEC.I don't have the time to dedicate to this and my loss is not that great. Maybe someone with more time and more to loose than I will take on the task.
