I have been in the markets for over ten years and I can tell u that everybody makes predictions and their timelines are always vague. Tom Lee predicted in 2007 the S&P would rise another 13% in 2008, and we all know he was dead wrong. These guys have to make bullish predictions because their high end clients depend on it regardless if it's true. I was just reporting what bs was announced, and I never follow their predictions, but I follow my own technical analysis. Fundamental analysis too much of a lagging indicator and driven by too many perspectives. I called the market tops and pullbacks correctly and perform better on my own! Hope this helps!
