mely gets 2 million in funding ,,how is that different then, getting money from the way they have been getting money till now, shareholders and debt holders, ?

the (bank ) still has to get paid back or take something in return for their money .what will it be ,like a 30 year mortgage with 5 percent interest ??????????,please explain the excitement over this potential 2 million
