I don't think it will be needed.

Resolution of the development plans is very near.
Either buyout by ICL
or
Furhter investment by ICL and Allana remains a stand alone entity
or
No further investment by ICL and Chinese Construction company will step in.

We are not in Stefan Borgas' mercy anymore.
