Its easier just to change the share structure then to do a buy back, just got that waiting period that they need to go through per SEC. rules to do that down the rd. I think its one year from last so early in 2015 they can if needed do this instead. I really have never seen a buy back in a start up when at .0001. For one thing, if they start buying back, it will increase the PPS price under buying pressure, and they are not going to buy shares back for more then they sold them for IMO.
