We are there already... The whole point of the QEs was to raise the stock market and bring back the wealth effect thereby helping the 5% to 1% make money due to their incomes being mainly investments (I.e. Reason Tax rates lower for them), and giving companies false sense of security to increase their workforce in which mostly increased part time work and middle to low class income standards.
