I still think when new CEO kicks out some initial PR'S that this may still tic up to .0002, maybe even .0003 just on some new kind of hype for the companies direction. May not stay up there long, and if they keep up with that dilution pace, maybe that will not even happen. They raised $162,416.00 from selling shares third quarter, IMO start ups do not really care if they dilute many at .0001 or few at a higher PPS, as long as it gives them money. Whats a shame is even though they raised this $162,416.00 that did not even cover what Danos I assume it was Danos anyways salary of $230,000.00 this year. And I do not care what Danos or new CEO says, when they are aloud to per SEC rules RS or just change the share structure, they will probably do this. They say no, but thats a forward looking statement and if they do it down the rd, there is nothing illegal about that, and I almost feel they will have to do this, its still a start up and it needs money.

But I agree unless we get real info later in year of what this health care company is doing in real revs and costs behind the revs, IMO this is not going to run long at least this year.

So LHPT issued 2.4 BILLION shares in the 3rd quarter at an average per share of 0.00003 to reduce liabilities by only $80,000.00. Liabilities are at 1.28 million dollars so at 0.00003 average LHPT needs another 38.4 billion shares
