Could be. If they acquire the 15 million financing mely would be able to obtain 5-6 petahash IMO and that would be very beneficial for the company. Keep your fingers crossed.

if they were buying on the open market you see the serious slapping the 2s, they don't buy waiting for the twos to sell to their 1s bids
Anyway I don't think they have cash that isn't earmarked.
