I do not see him winning as it was in the midst of the flames !! and in times of national emergency GOV gets huge massive powers

And I think we win hands down on the third amendment which causes negotiation and a free Fannie with say 2 billion of them (sold say at 40B create capital - along with the sale of preferreds)
