He's given loads of free shares. Why is he the only insider buying?

Many of us think he never bought shares on the open market at all. Form 4s on a non-reporting stock mean nothing. Just more smoke and mirrors by a company that can't even deliver QuickBook fuzzy financials on time.....

I agree, let's do think about this.......seriously.....

So let's think about this. If he buys near the high its a scam, and if he doesn't buy its a scam too? I get it now? NTEK IS GOLDEN!

1).. We have a company that filed the FORM 15......why?.... So they DO NOT have to report.......

2).. We have a company officer filing forms (that they don't have to ) showing purchases at the TOP of the pump......why?...........is it just for practice......I mean, why would a non reporting company choose to report this and only this form 4 showing purchases at the top of the run???????????.........

My thoughts are they realized the run was coming to a climax, so they go above and Beyond any way possible to keep it going, the ONLY logical reason one could come up with, is to continue to sell shares......
What logical explanation is there for a non reporting company to all of a sudden report buys at the very top of the run??


NTEK...........once the blinders are taken off, the true light shines in easily......
