You are correct MAAXXY, it has taken SGAE a
long time to work out a solid business plan
with financing.

Fortunately, the Company now has a highly
qualified President/CEO/CFO/Treasurer -
Christopher P. Vallos in the US who was
formally placed on the Board of Directors
of SGAE in the first week of November.

I would definitely expect that based on
his working history and talents SGAE will
likely have a decent upgrade in the coming
months from what new business he is able
to fully organize.
