Wrong. The town and the mayor knew exactly what was being built there and for what purpose. It was clear as day. It was in all the paperwork the intent of FITX and their facility. After the refusal of council's decision this thing will go back to 4 cent range. Everything below that PPS is a steal IMO. Smart investors are loading up trust me.
