I called IR and got a call back in 5 min. IR said the delay has been related to a paragraph disclosed on page 30 of the latest S1 about Cantor sending out some unauthorized emails. They said they do not in any way feel this will be a continued issue and they are working on getting this approved and live shortly. Unfortunately there was not more he was able to go into but felt very confident this would be going forward very soon. Pull up the S1 and read it
