That's nice. I don't expect many savvy traders owning a pink sheet stock trading for 1/10th of a penny. Now that might insult some of you, but you're probably blind by now.
The important point here, and even this wonderous poster has read the 8k, that the valuation of .005 was apoa valued at .02. It will be valued near a penny or lower for the 20 trading days preceding the closing of the merger. That's .0025.
I registered here after looking at the posts following close, just something to do. I've read a few and made a choice to let you know that you are screwed.
The post I'm replying to is obviously one who appears to know what they are talking about in order to get others to buy this stock he wants so desperately to sell out of tomorrow. Why? Because he read the 8k. I'm wise enough to only put lunch money into an unknown. Wait for the 8k, if it's good, I'd buy more. It's not, so I'm selling what I do have.
