Actually the dummies have paid for a promo recently:

Compensation: Stocktwiter.COM HAS been compensated up to $2,500 dollars via bank wire by a 3rd party for the advertisement profile of GWPC WholeHealth Products Inc. Date: 10/22/2014

One has to wonder if they haven't already illegally dumped. They pay for a promo on 22-Oct, volume increases

Then file a 10K for 2013, mistakenly believing that provides cover for Rule 144? Or was the 10K filing suppose to be an add to the promo?

Either way, if insiders dumped, and the SEC is aware of it, they are fried. Just a strange thing for the insiders to stage a promo, and not be legally able to dump into what they paid for.
