And who is the "hotshot attorney" you refer to? The only clown lawyer I see associated with SKTO was doofus Jeff Benz who is likely on his way to prison and then disbarment soon. He's already scrubbed his Linkedin account of any references to SK3, but that's not going to save his @ss in the SEC and DOJ actions that are in the loading tray.
