WOW let's encourage Livewires exec's to raise more money and screw over more investors? Are you kidding me?

Livewire has done nothing but bury shareholders in massive losses. Livewire has executed on virtually nothing of importance since its existence 6 years ago. It's cooperated with penny stock pumpndumps with timely PRs, employed a person as Director, Secretary & Counsel who was recently arrested by the FBI for securities fraud and is allegedly still in business with Livewire in a clandestine manner. Has made misleading PR's to hype its stock and basically couldnt have done a worse job than if they were sabatuers.

Sure, why arrest them for securities fraud. Instead, allow them to raise more capital and continue on until they finally do something honestly... then all is forgiven. LOL

Thank goodness this is not the norm
