Expect that the next three patients treated at the second dose level will on average have their Hepatitis C virus concentration reduced by approximately 10%.

Expect that the third cohort of patients treated at the third dose level will on average have their Hepatitis C virus concentration reduced by approximately 32%.

Expect that the fourth cohort of patients treated at the fourth dose level will on average have their Hepatitis C virus concentration reduced by approximately 100%. That is right 100%!!!!
