I am extremely optimistic for many reasons and think the company is moving forward rapidly.
I think the share price will approach a buck upon NDA filing of first ART.
But I also think what we here from NH on wednesday maybe a little guarded , and we may not know for sure if we can file in Dec for another week or two.

Either way, I have waited a long time for Elite to receive outside press for its blockbuster tech, and I think we are within a few weeks of it now.
