I found best price was silver.com, I really wanted under 16 after premium. I didn't quite get that but it was close, and yes it is nice to be in the black less than 24 hours later. Paid by check for best price, and bought enough for free shipping. Also over the weekend I found a site Buy gold and silver safely they claim a 1% over spot, but you need to buy a lot.
