Nice 1,994,999,900 shares fixed AS! The OS is 1,796,408,909 shares in which 965,485,178 shares are restricted as of 11/10/2014 and the float is 830,923,731 shares. It seems we need to increase the bids size to 200M shares in order to absorb the remaining unissued 198,590,991 shares of AS to avoid "no bid" at all should the diluting MM starts to dump those 198M+ shares! Once the OS is maxed out NHPI can easily surge 10-bagger based on the 830,923,731 ~ 1,029,514,722 shares low float and 965,485,178 restricted shares...
