Whether in-development ARM server products that come to market actually generate revenue is a forward looking question... For Intel's released mobile products, the question has already been answered.

Nothing has been answered. Intel failed in mobile so far, that's true. The main reason was the missing integration of their modem. Otherwise they would now be a major player in mobile phones already. We'll see how easy it'll be for Qualcomm and the likes to integrate their modems on a Finfet based process. Remember? The technology Intel is already capable of for years ...
