"PLEASE...please tell us you're taking over the company!!! :)"

In theory it's a nice idea but the reality is whats to take over? This would be like switching captains out on the sinking Titanic. The damage is done and how anyone can come in with the share structure the way it is would be a recipe for failure. Now what would work is taking this company private and then finding financial backing or what was told already was coming some 18 months ago...the mysterious friendly financing..lol. But taking this private with a good plan and somebody committed to running this with some talent in the branding field could make it work. BUT... not that it really matters any longer because of the 500/1 disastrous R/S the shareholders get the royal send off or better said..HASTA LA VISTA . Still the idea is good for those who are just caught up in the love of the product and no longer care about their portfolio balance and the tactics of the CEO. But that's an awful lot to put behind oneself. If this is the case I sure wish them well.

Another scenario might be that the "formula" and the virtual office holdings all be sold to a new party that starts over and goes public. It would make more sense to start fresh than to take over a company in as much trouble as they are financially and with their horrible sales . All just my opinion .

If I were going to take over a company it wouldn't be a company with the products WNBD has to offer. Nothing unique, just cleaning products competing the dozens of other NAME BRAND cleaning product companies out there.
