The common shareholder gets nothing in BK so don't waste your time hoping and praying, also don't try and figure out why insiders still have shares , you don't know what deals they may have with the company that makes them whole for their loss on the common shares. It is not a sign that the company will come back from the dead to repay common shareholders Take your loss and move on its part of trading
