To be honest the last two months here have been a huge string of disappointments.

You've essentially summarized the Company's performance over the last 5 to 6 years. Take everything Eric (the CEO) says with a grain of salt. He lies way too much to be trusted.

The Form 10sb was promised and delayed three times.

The Form 10 was announced as uploaded to MRM for Edgar release ONE time in the last 2 months and it was explained more data was needed.

During that time OAS came and went without major success

lol...actually it hasn't gone yet, and whatever the final box office numbers are reflects on Redbull, and the Brown family. HHSE didn't make the film, they distributed it etc. Simply put, until OAS actually comes and goes and becomes available for sales/ rentals/ vod it's impossible to even guess how much HHSE stands to make on the film.

Truth is OAS was held over in 70 theaters.

Vodwiz promised date for release was missed.

In the last two months ? I must have missed that....

To be honest, and the blog/ filings are there for anyone to read, more positives happened in the last two months that has happened in a long time. The Form 10 is alive and well and within DAYS of Edgar filing.

The two managers filed Form 4's with the SEC showing they in fact purchased shares at a 4x premium to the tune of 200k each....

Non payment of debt ? Refresh my memory on this one please, in the last two months ? Those weren't for the TCA termination ?

Fact of the matter is, IF we are being " honest " the shares that did hit the market allowed many newcomers to buy shares at VERY cheap prices.....and in no way is that " disappointing "....
