Sorry, but I have to disagree.....
TBEV is only looking to do a measly 1 for 10 reverse split to revise their share structure.
The share price going from .0004 to .004 should not have the same negative effect as a company doing a larger split and going from .0004 to .40 cents a share.
If the company is able to start putting out some consistent news with a newly revised share structure of 18 million shares outstanding, the chances are much greater that it will run back up into the pennies rather than trickle down into the .000's.
I do however agree that the law of averages with reverse splits is that the stocks go back down. However, we need to evaluate each situation individually without making assumptions.
