The deal was structured perfectly by eliminating any commons to the current Sooum shareholders to protect the swrf shareholders from any dilution by them after the merger.And if you read the preferred shares by the sooum holders have no common share value just voting rights which is what protects the swrf shareholders from conversions of the preferred shares.

SoOum has 10m in known revenue this year with 1.8m net for 7 employees. SoOum wanted to reverse merge to gain exposure which is successful. News regarding a major sugar contract is expected next week. SoOum does not need to raise money through share selling.
