Terminated HempMeds contract on August 11.

Almost 2 million in sales the first quarter going it alone

Oh, that is so incorrect.

1) The contract was cancelled on August 11, just about halfway through the third quarter.

2) HempMeds continues to sell Cibdex, Cibaderm, and RSHO.

The decline in revenue was due to other reasons, and one big one is the reduced interest in KannaWay.

3Q/14 sales were actually 29% lower than 1Q/14, which included some shipments to KannaWay.

KannaWay was the proverbial pig being swallowed by a snake, and it will be another quarter or two before we'll be able to tell if CannaVest is actually showing sequential growth or not.
