Bash? At what point did I bash anyone about anything. Where is this coming from. I politely agreed wwith him and recommended he sell and move on. That guy made plenty of arguments to support moving on. Even calling SLTD a stinky pinky and much more. I think you need to go back and reread my post.

To many uninformed investors we received horrible news this week such as going from 200,000 net profit in Q2 to (13,000,000) net loss in Q3. True the net loss was only because of the non-cash derivitive liability and actually it was a positive Q3. But I think most penny investors just see 13 Mil net loss and run scared. JMO

You might want to read up on the tax treatment of restiricted stock grants. Below is a link to a good explanation. In addition to the ordinary income that is taxed on the stock grants, Caifornia also has it's own long term capital gains tax in addition to the federal long term capital gains tax.

Dude, there is almost nothing in that post reply which is truthful other than JN sold some shares. Everything else is a falsehood or a total twist of the facts. Your context is from .10 in July and you speak for everyone's concerns? If you want to be the watchdog then do the DD and present a realistic outlook. I am not pissed at all. I realize this is not like 95% of OTC companies and the stock actually reflects this. I know this is going up with a solid base of support. This is simply the past becoming the present and I know what the future holds next.

My apologies if this has already been said in response as I am a fews days behind on the messages.

We the stockholders are participating in helping build a world class solar company and yes that means we have management teams to pay for and businesses that we acquire to pay for! If you only want to have your hand out expecting for someone to put money into it every single day then you should not be trading with a ground up technology company that will need lots of resources along the way which will in essence be called dilution and cause PPS blood baths at times. If you want to win in the end because you truly are an investor and believe in Solar3D then you will happily help pay for the end results of a world class company which we are still a far cry from at this point. I have been here "ALL IN" for a few years now and have yet to ever feel pissed off about anything JN has said or done. Good things come to those who wait with a company such as this one. GLTA!!
