1. TOG finds funding for Batista to continue the SmartWin suit through trial.

2. SmartWin loses their case against EEGC & Malcolm Bendall

3. MadMal wins his case against SmartWIn (Not the same thing as #2) and is awarded significant damages.

4. MadMal finds funding to fight SmartWin’s appeal

5. SmartWin loses their appeal, damages upheld. SmartWin refuses to pay.

6. MadMal finds funding to allow him to pursue SmartWin and attempt to collect those damages. Smart Win then declares bankruptcy.

12. Chinese courts recognize the validity of both the NY Civil court and BVI Bankruptcy court decisions against Mainland Chinese corporations, and allows MadMal to bring a case.

13. MadMal finds funding to pursue a case in China against two mainland Chinese corporations.

14. MadMal wins his case in China

15. MadMal finds funding for his efforts to collect a NY civil award against two mainland Chinese corporations.
