You may want to check the tape again.

Ask was dropped to .0005 with 400K shares. That ask was hit for 20K leaving 380K shares. That seller just decided to liquidate on the bid. Hence the next sell for 380K and the .005 ask gone.

I can almost guarantee that no one is trying to short this anymore. There is no liquidity left here for that. Going to take some news to get this thing moving in the right direction again.
