Not as sure of that since the port fiasco. I think a lot of assumptions were dashed when that collapsed. Will take a lot to recover from that one...PVEC management had to be counting on that one and I am of the belief right now that they put all their eggs in that basket!!
The certs were off the mark too. Much too early to 'reward' loyal investors. Need to have a solid handle on the business plan AND confirmation of a going concern...making money!!! Not profit mind you, but actually doing business and bringing in income.
Now, red faced again, management has to gather its resources, if it has any, and move off in a different direction. Currently, without some positive news, I am not sure they can pull it off. More and more, I look at PVEC as a total loss and just another write off at the end of the year.
Here is hoping I am full of it....
