yes that must include sheep. 800 head per day means about 280,000 heads per year. So about 50-60K cattle plus 200-220K sheep per year (or 150 cattle heads per day, not 500!) as i said. So lets' not spread a wrong message based on a wrong premise.

They could do 500 head every day of the week if you have the cold storage capacity and a workforce that can work 7 days a week legally.

This is only for one shift mind you. If you have the storage capacity you could do 2 shifts and still have time to clean twice a day.
