The way I look at it is....the late filing is very annoying and un-professional. However, the time is coming...we roll out all over the nation soon(June right?) After that is when i'll be concerned about late filings. I feel there isn't anything on this 10K that I want to see. However after the roll out on the networks......enough said. Hang in there
