Dont worry, apparently you are not the only one who doesnt know how to read a filing or there are those that are staing false info that there is no RS which there is.

I will make it as simple to understand for everyone as much as I can.

Remember there was one last Dec right? No one can deny that. So look at the filing date for last Dec and now look at the Nov Stock split. That is a stock split for 998:1.

Their is an increase of 8B and an RS tock split at the top.

Anyone who says otherwise is lying. Keep an eye out on OTC for pre14C and the FINRA daily update list for the date of approval by them. Im sure it will be in the beginning of Dec just like last year.
