now, regarding the Wells Notice, it is possible that AVTC has already received it.

Companies are not required to disclose that they have received a Wells Notice from the SEC

I'm not joe lol i'm on your side, just wish we had a damn timeline as to when the SEC is going to serve them a well's notice or when they are, if ever, going to turn in audited financials
