Perfect...looking forward to the details. IMO this is why the company has been quiet for so long. We may or may not get details of the actual case, but now the company is free to move forward and update shareholders on current status of the identifiers, plan of marketing...etc.
Alpine as the plaintiff was dismissed by the judge
MMTC as the plaintiff was requested to be dismissed jointly, ie a settlement.
This looks like good news for MMTC.

As desperate as mmtc is, common sense says they would be boasting of any award given them. Looks like mmtc will be writing more cold checks. Thanks for sharing your find. mmtc SUCKS

So much for the silly idea the patents are stolen in this case. I wonder what other tricks are being sought to sway investors from buying MMTC. Let's see what happens next.
