I have no idea. Makes me worried there's other legal issues. But they settle immediately which is good IMO. Earnings per share next year should be at least a dollar and could get to 2 as long as all the nonsense is done with it. Maybe an activist is loading and is manipulating the shares so they're not paying more than they want?

Too many shares to simply break out like your hoping. Simple. Long term play. 3-5 years. Hold and wait. May offer 12 or so trades a year to swing for 4-7%
