my guess is this is internal placement - large block taken right away
There was a lot of dilution when new mgt 'cleaned up' balance sheet - but we have yet to see where the cards lay.
That said...my sense is we are at bottom...there is no pumping...no stock promotion which for me is good...(even though perhaps a little too quiet- why release with no share plan...even of for first movers...just quiet).
That That said...if an investment announces news and no one hears? Seems most old holders are gone...new team probably holds a lot of the cards...my guess is a good amount is locked up and was used to do the clean up.
My guess is we will see this creep up...maybe down until we align real big news....revenues...a contract...and more....
read the web site copy carefully....then remember the last USA commitment to carbon reduction and green energy development...notice the scale the site refers to...7 tons of bio stuff an hour!
If this was a scam they would be pumping this all over the place....the new CEO seems to be a bonafide Bio fuel guy...the business is feasible...this COULD be really big....
Now they did announce a CC in the first release date to be set soon....my guess is lots to come and pace to pick up. Look forward to seeing who the full team is...who owns...how far along plans are...
