These statements don't make sense to me. XOM has been actuated?
Look at the dates.

"i]On June 1, 2014, the Company entered into a SPA (JV003) for 8,450,000 metric tons of Aviation Jet Fuel FOB Rotterdam, over a 13 month period, with a Supplier subject to financing.

The Company entered into a Profit and Sharing Agreement (JV003) on August 18, 2014 with an arm's length 3rd party for the financing of 20% of a 8,540,000 metric ton SPA for Aviation Jet Fuel FOB Rotterdam. The SPA is subject to XOM obtaining financing for 100% of the 8,450,000 metric ton SPA[/I]. "

So this deal with XOM was entered into back on June 1st? Or Aug.18th?
Now look at this statement made on the Forum approx. Sept.19th

Thank you osu1978 for your post above and the question in Post #12. We have replicated your post below as the question:

Jerry, I do have one more question if you don't mind sir. It is

Is the Company changing direction with the Xun Oil Marketing Division considering that XOM is heavily mentioned in the 10-K and is most obviously associated with the jet fuel orders that may take place sometime in the future (hopefully the very near future)?

Thank you again!!!

Question, Post #12: Is the Company changing direction with the Xun Oil Marketing Division considering that XOM is heavily mentioned in the 10-K and is most obviously associated with the jet fuel orders that may take place sometime in the future (hopefully the very near future)?

Response, Post #12: The Company is not changing direction with the Xun Oil Marketing Division. Our focus is cash flow and generation of revenue. Oil and Gas is our prime focus and we are focused on completing our staged five year plan. We are evaluating the Xun Oil Marketing business model and at some time in the future, we will make a business decision as to whether or not to actuate the Xun Oil Marketing Division. The Energy Storage Division is on hold pending adequate funding.

And this one from approx. Sept.26th?

Question, Post #1: If Xun Oil Marketing Division is established, I would assume there would be a lot of time to secure, process, and close deals. Being Mr. Mikolajczyk has been assigned the head of this division, will there be additional personnel hired in this division to lessen the workload on Mr. Mikolajczyk?

Response, Post #1: Once the Company begins generating sufficient revenue, whether through its Oil and Gas Division or a new division, such as the XOM, to justify hiring additional staff, the Company plans to begin the hiring process for additional staff to support its operations. Staff loading will correlate to cash flow that would be generated. Until the Company can justify hiring additional staff, it is more economical to retain consultants on a performance/reward basis which would mitigate the Company's exposure and commitments.

THERE ARE NO ASSURANCES THAT THE COMPANY WILL COMMENCE OPERATIONS OF XOM. THERE ARE NO ASSURANCES THAT SHOULD THE COMPANY COMMENCE OPERATIONS IN XOM, THAT XOM WILL GENERATE REVENUE. THERE ARE NO ASSURANCES THAT SHOULD THE COMPANY GENERATE REVENUE IN XOM, THAT XOM OR THE COMPANY WILL BE PROFITABLE.
