#26420 RE: alanthill #26419

...and there lies the rub:

"if no contract news"

It's what makes it a gamble either way. SGLB's potential clients also have tax strategies. They may want to spend money before EOY for the write-offs. That could lead to contracts.

Damn you Yin and Yang!

Cheers!

My .02, If 10Q doesn't contain anything significant I agree .07's will probably be here. I am wondering if they made the first installment payment on the EOS before Q3 ended. That would be somewhere around $250k. the other 500k will be paid in Q4, on delivery and another net 30 days after. Increase in wages paid to new employees increased (also lets see what Mark is paid this Q. Operating costs most likely increased, payment to EOS, and a forecasted contracted agreement from the last 10Q said something like $18k for the remainder of 2014. We need a shocker here in this report.

Either way, I still think we should expect some nice news in Q4 and a move towards contracting production parts and hopefully something from GE or Honeywell for the government funded contracts. Keep your eyes on the prize everyone, it is the future that we are investing in. Don't be too disappointed if tomorrows 10Q is not stellar. And if it is...BONUS!

Technicals.
Resistance - Approx .0953, .1002, .1051, .11
Support - .09, .0827, .071
Broke bearish out of a descending wedge today which caused a bit of dumping down to .0827 support area, but closed back up in a pennant at .0928 that has been forming from the low of .079 on 10/13 and the high of .115 on 10/20. That pennant has resistance at .097 and support at .0925, depending on which breaks first after earnings will determine our direction.

GLTA! Tomorrow will be very telling of short term movement. Myself, I am hoping for something significant, but not necessarily expecting it. However, my long term outlook has not changed at all. Not adding at this level, but will if we approach 400SMA but I am still holding long $SGLB.

GLTA!
