That excuse was used over and over in the past. The quiet time or period. Then all of a sudden it seems we are getting 10k the day after some PR, or updates of stockinfosys, or PRs, or interviews at seemingly when ever they want to put them out. Noticed before NetFlixs CC yesterday that all of the figures were already on the streets and analysts had disected the information. IMO seems there is no such thing as a quiet period any longer.

None of it is ever JF or Chip's fault ?? You work for them ? If not, how can you be sure. They are the only people making money besides successful flippers.

They have little incentive to get the fire going.

You realize how far $ 200,000.00 per year salary plus incentives goes in Franklin, KY. Do a cost of living on it. JF will own the town soon. LOL Gravy Train.

And Chip works OUT OF HIS HOUSE in Franklin, TN only going to KY 1 time per week, maybe. Fact.

Just like the NFL, big time players make big time plays. When the contract is based on incentive and not guaranteed (JF & Chip 175 & 200k plus 15% raise each year) then they focus more on performance details. imo.

unknown, those rules have been modified concerning the quiet periods. On June 29, 2005, the Commission voted to adopt modifications to the registration, communications, and offering processes under the Securities Act of 1933.

"Well-known seasoned issuers are permitted to engage at any time in oral and written communications, including use at any time of a new type of written communication called a "free writing prospectus," subject to enumerated conditions (including, in some cases, filing with the Commission).
All reporting issuers are, at any time, permitted to continue to publish regularly released factual business information and forward-looking information".
