I'd call them again. A day or 2 may be too late. I quit using sharebuilder a couple years back because of "lack of response". I was an employee of a company that used sharebuilder and they paid me in shares. Then sharebuilder wouldn't let me sell them.

In any case, LVGI has a PR coming at any time. They've been holding off because of the chill.
