The thing that really busted it is when I started to research the "auditing firm" and "law firm". Quotations are used because there is a high likelihood they do not actually exist. Go ahead and search for them (all you will find is an OTCmarkets page about them and THAT IS ALL)
I wanted to see whether this was just an anomaly that the auditing firm messed up or if it was something more. Turns out their are a couple of companies they audit for (that I could find). Global Holdings (GBHD), Global Enterprises Group (GLHO), and Bioforce Nanosciences Holdings (BFNH) were the ones I found. THEY ALL HAD THE ACCOUNTING ERRORS. (See their statements below) Hmmm so what is going on here.. Clearly an accounting firm that doesn't know what is going on.
Next I looked at the Law firm. Turns out they have the exact same clients. GBHD, GLHO, BFNH. Turns out there financial filings and corporate structures are identical. The way the corporations were formed was identical.. Wait a minute, so these companies have the exact same auditing firm, law firm, and also the same transfer agent. They all have the same accounting errors noticed in GBHD's as well... Hmm more digging.
Sadly it wasn't suprising I noticed that they all share the same outstanding IR firm, Yes International, located on Virginia Beach Boulevard right next to GBHD's "headquarters". Wow so now they all share the same IR firm too. Following these commonalities I noticed that they all have the same CEO/President/Chairman/CFO (SCAM ARTISTS).
*which i'll clarify that law firms, accounting firms, and IR firms have many clients so coincidences do exist with LARGE firms. But the law firm and auditing firms' only have the exact same clients. THATS ALL.
In hopes of finding something tangible I researched those companies revenue streams. What do you know, they also have fictional products with no evidence whatsoever of their existence.
THE REAL DAGGER and WHAT FINALLY RESULTED IN MY SELLING ALL SHARES AT ANY COST (and PENNYPIMPR you will love this given your enthusiasm about their office headquarters in the past). THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT ALL THEY HAVE IN COMMON. TAKE A LOOK AT THE HEADQUARTERS LOCATION FOR ALL THESE COMPANIES: IT IS THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS 2232 Virginia Beach Blvd UNIT 110. THEY ARE SO LAZY THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHANGE THE ADDRESSES. IT IS THE SAME LITTLE RINKY OFFICE NEXT TO CARL's JR (take a look on Google Earth, quite comical). AND THESE WERE JUST THE COMPANIES I FOUND MODERATELY SEARCHING.
DONT BELIEVE ME ON THESE FACTS: TAKE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF. THEY ARE ALL SCAMS.
