Will the company file the financial report very soon? NHPI needs the catalyst like either business-news/shareholder-updating from the company or consistent filing in order to keep the OTCLI reporting status to light the overdue natural bounce fire! The remaining OS dilution will be very limited --- maximal 198,590,991 shares! Hopefully the company will use the partial proceeds from last week's huge dilution sales to catch up financial filing and issue some good news in the coming days or weeks...
