Your right we have a trademark and no patents. I seriously doubt that stops us though.

Nothing wrong with having a trademark. I would argue that its not " EASY " to get as you suggested earlier. Easier than a patent yes. But you can't just get a trademark as easy as filing up your gas in your car.

If others want to sell because we don't have a patent thats fine I'm sure there are plenty of longs that would love to buy here.

So far you found out 2 seriously damaging things (I'm being sarcastic) The ceo had a felon 20 years ago and has since then totally turned his life around. He has served on a jury since then . Is now married with several kids. Oh and did you forget to mention he will be feeding the homeless this Thanksgiving like he does every year ?
